ZihnKids is operated from Lebanon and provides a digital learning product for children ages 4–8: instructional videos and printable focus and coordination activities. These Terms govern your access to https://www.zihnkids.com and any purchase of our course, whether you are in Lebanon, elsewhere in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, or in other countries where the site is available.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) to create an account and purchase. The course is designed for children, but purchases and accounts are for parents or legal guardians only.

At checkout you create an account with your full name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access to the course is sold as a one-time payment (currently listed at $7.99 USD unless otherwise stated on the checkout page). Prices may change; the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase applies.

We accept payment through our website. Card and other payment details are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge the amount due.

When your purchase is complete, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your household’s private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, scrape, or copy the videos, printables, or other materials except for normal personal printing and playback for your child.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction promise. If the course is not a fit, email info@zihnkids.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right, which may include a refund where appropriate. Refunds, if issued, are returned to the original payment method subject to our payment provider’s timelines.

You agree not to:

• misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its security or availability;
• share account access beyond your household in a way that circumvents purchase;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
• use automated means to scrape or harvest content without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

All site content, branding, videos, printables, and related materials are owned by ZihnKids or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license in section 5.

The course provides educational activities and general guidance. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it does not replace professional care. Results vary by child. The site and course are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZihnKids and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or course. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or course after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains how ZihnKids (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website or purchase our course. We are operated from Lebanon and primarily serve parents and guardians in Lebanon and the wider MENA region, though the site may be accessed from other countries.

We are committed to handling your information carefully and transparently. This policy should be read together with our Cookies Policy, which describes cookies and similar technologies in more detail.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Identity and contact data — full name and email address when you create an account or purchase. If you choose cash payment, we also collect a phone number so we can arrange collection and send payment instructions.
• Account credentials — a password you choose (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see your plain-text password).
• Marketing preference — whether you opt in to receive occasional tips and product updates by email (optional checkbox at checkout).
• Order and payment data — order identifiers, purchase amount and currency, payment method (online via Whish or cash), and payment status. When you pay online, card and other payment details are collected and processed by Whish (our payment provider). We receive confirmation of payment status and limited transaction details; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Course usage data — when you access your account dashboard, we may record that you visited (for example, a last-seen timestamp) to operate the service and understand engagement with purchased content.
• Technical and device data — information such as browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, and pages visited. This is collected automatically when you use the site, including for security, fraud prevention, and service operation.
• Advertising and attribution data — when you arrive from an ad or marketing link, we may receive or generate identifiers that help measure whether our advertising is working. This can include:
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) click and browser identifiers, such as values stored in cookies named _fbc and _fbp, or derived from a fbclid parameter in the page URL;
  • your IP address and browser user-agent string, collected at checkout and stored with your order for attribution purposes;
  • conversion events (for example, when you start checkout, submit a cash-payment lead, or complete a purchase), which may include order value, currency, order ID, and contact details described above.
  When we send conversion data to advertising partners, we typically hash identifiers such as email, phone number, and name before transmission.

We use personal information to:

• create and manage your account;
• process purchases and provide course access;
• send transactional emails (order confirmation, cash-payment instructions, account, and support messages);
• send marketing emails if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails or by contacting us;
• deliver course videos and downloadable printables;
• improve, secure, and troubleshoot our website and services;
• measure and improve our advertising and marketing, including:
  • understanding which pages and campaigns lead to sign-ups and purchases;
  • sending conversion events to Meta via the Meta Pixel (browser) and Meta Conversions API (server-side), with matching event IDs so duplicate events can be deduplicated;
  • running tags through Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related measurement tools configured in our tag container;
  • building audiences and reporting on ad performance on Meta and Google platforms.
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Depending on where you live, different laws may apply. In Lebanon, personal data processing is governed by Law No. 81 of 2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data. We collect and use data for specific, legitimate purposes and aim to be transparent about those purposes in this policy.

Where a legal basis is required (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or certain other jurisdictions), we typically rely on:

• Performance of a contract — providing your purchase, account, and course access;
• Consent — optional marketing emails, and (where required by law) non-essential cookies and advertising measurement on your device;
• Legitimate interests — operating and securing the site, preventing fraud, understanding product usage, and measuring advertising effectiveness, balanced against your rights.

Under Lebanese law and similar frameworks, you may have the right to object to processing for direct marketing. If you are in a region with stricter rules (such as the EU/UK or parts of the GCC), you may have additional rights described in section 7.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the business, including:

• Supabase — authentication, account database, and order storage;
• Whish — online payment processing;
• Resend — transactional and service email delivery;
• Mux — secure video streaming for course lessons (Mux may collect its own usage and performance data when you watch videos);
• Cloudflare R2 — hosting printable course assets for download;
• Google — Google Tag Manager, and (as configured in our tag container) Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related measurement services;
• Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel (browser) and Meta Conversions API (server-side) for advertising measurement and optimization on Facebook and Instagram;
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver our website and protect it from abuse.

These providers process data on our instructions or under their own terms and privacy policies when you interact with their services (for example, when you complete payment on Whish or when a Meta or Google tag loads in your browser). We may also share information with professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Order attribution data (such as ad click identifiers and technical data stored with an order) is retained with the order record for the same period. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention needs.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw marketing consent.

In Lebanon, Law No. 81 generally gives individuals rights to access and correct their data and to object to processing, including for marketing purposes, subject to applicable exceptions.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with dedicated privacy laws, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Our website and checkout are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The course is used by parents/guardians with their children. If you believe we have collected a child’s personal data without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than Lebanon or your own country — including the United States and countries in Europe and the Middle East — where Supabase, Google, Meta, Mux, Resend, Cloudflare, and similar providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers (for example, contractual protections or your consent).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are posted.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage) may be used for the same purposes. This policy explains how ZihnKids uses them.

Essential cookies. We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work:

• Language preference — a cookie (for example NEXT_LOCALE) remembers the language you choose so we can show the site in English, Arabic, or French.
• Authentication / session — when you sign in, cookies from our authentication provider (Supabase) keep you logged in securely and protect your account session.

These cookies are essential or functionally necessary. Without them, language preference and account access would not work reliably. They do not require consent in most jurisdictions because they are needed to provide the service you request.

We use third-party technologies to understand site traffic and measure our advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. These are not required for the site to function.

Google Tag Manager. We load Google Tag Manager on our pages. It may in turn load other tags, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, depending on how our container is configured. Google tags may set cookies such as _ga, _gid, and advertising-related identifiers.

Meta Pixel. Through Google Tag Manager, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and send browser events (for example page views and checkout steps) to Meta.

Server-side conversion events. Separately from browser cookies, our servers may send conversion events to Meta’s Conversions API when you start checkout, submit a cash-payment lead, or complete a purchase. Those events can include hashed contact details, order information, IP address, user-agent, and Meta click identifiers when available.

Local storage. We use browser local storage for limited purposes — for example, to avoid firing the same conversion event twice if you refresh a page (keys prefixed with zk_dl_).

URL parameters. If you click an ad link, parameters such as fbclid may appear in the page address. We may use these to attribute your visit or purchase to a campaign, even before a cookie is stored.

Because we operate from Lebanon and may serve users across the MENA region and beyond, the rules that apply to you depend partly on where you are located:

• In Lebanon, Law No. 81 requires transparent notice about data collection and gives you rights over your personal data, including the ability to object to marketing uses.
• In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and some other countries, non-essential analytics and advertising cookies and similar tracking generally require your consent before they are placed or read on your device.
• In other MENA countries, requirements vary; we aim to provide clear notice and respect applicable local rules as our audience grows.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site (such as login or language selection) from working correctly. Blocking advertising or analytics cookies may reduce our ability to measure ad performance but should not prevent you from purchasing the course.
